What is it like inside?

When you enter Suntago, the first thing you notice is the huge palm trees and an abundance of orchid flowers. The palm trees have been brought here from Costa Rica, Malaysia and Florida and reach 12 metres in height. Thousands of white orchid flowers grow around the pools, making a wonderful impression on every visitor. The palm trees and orchids have great conditions to grow as the air inside is 32°C. A true tropical paradise!

Suntago – the biggest water park in Europe has highly convenient opening hours:
Monday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.;
Friday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.,
Saturday 09:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
Sunday and holidays 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

What attractions are available at Suntago?

The park is divided into three zones: JAMANGO, RELAX and SAUNARIA.

The JAMANGO zone features 32 slides, the Adventure River and pools lined by four thousand sun loungers. This is the favourite zone for families with children.

The RELAX zone is a place to rest in under the palm trees. Guests can enjoy a thermal pool with 2 bars, a garden and an outdoor pool.

The SAUNARIA zone is the domain of saunas and baths. It features 12 types of attractions, which include the dry and extremely hot Valhalla saunas, the Aquarium and Egyptian Village, the wet Turkish Bath, a refreshing shower under calla lily flowers and a salt cave.

Can you eat inside the water park?

If you are planning to stay at Suntago all day, you will definitely want something to eat. The following restaurants and bars are open inside the water park: Arizona American Steak&Burger with American cuisine, Poleczka with Polish cuisine, Nori sushi bar, Va bene with Italian cuisine, Juice bar and Pirat snack bar. You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink. No alcohol is allowed either. Don’t bring your alcohol and if you buy some inside, you can only drink it in designated areas. All these restrictions are there for safety reasons.

What you need to take with you to Suntago

When planning a trip to Suntago you should take all the things that you normally take to a swimming pool: a bathing suit, pool sandals and towels in a able bag. On admission, every visitor receives an armband which monitors the time you spend in a particular zone and allows you to buy services, for which you then pay on exit.

How do you reach Suntago?

Take the S8 expressway and the A2 motorway to reach the place from Warsaw and Łódź. You can also get there by “Suntago” bus, which runs from the Suntago bus stop at Aleje Jerozolimskie 56 in Warsaw.

Is there a car park next to Suntago?

There is a huge car park with 2,500 spaces around the facility. The car park is free for all visitors. If there are no free parking spaces you will be guided to an unpaved car park where you can leave your car.

Where can you buy tickets to Suntago?

You can buy tickets to Suntago in a variety of ways:

• locally, in the water park, at cash desks, though this usually involves standing in a long queue
• online on the Suntago website
• The tickets are included in the “SUNTAGO – TROPICAL ADVENTURE” stay package provided by Hotel Panorama

Can you pay with the Polish Tourist Voucher at Suntago?

The water park does not accept the Polish Tourist Voucher.

This may be a bit problematic for families with children. The solution is to purchase a stay package which also contains a Suntago ticket, such as the one provided by Hotel Panorama*** in Mszczonów.
