The rooms are available in two versions. The red rooms feature a bedroom and a small living room area. The amaranth rooms are studios with two separate beds placed side-by-side. GUEST PET STAY POLICY Hotel Panorama*** welcomes guests who arrive with their pets. For the hotel to accept your pets you must first notify us when booking your room. If you fail to notify us about your wish to stay with a pet, you must pay a penalty of PLN 200. The cost of a pet staying in your room is PLN 70 per day. Only pet animals are allowed to stay at the Hotel. The Hotel may refuse to accept animals of breeds commonly recognised as dangerous or aggressive, such as: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Dobermann, Dogo/Mastiff, shepherd dog, AmStaff, bulldog. To ensure the safety of guests and their animals, please bring with you a leash, muzzle, collar, or cage – depending on the species. Animals can stay in a designated place within the Hotel and outside, supervised by the owner. Bringing animals to the restaurant or playground is not allowed. Dogs must be walked on a leash and in a muzzle, under the supervision of their owner or person entrusted with their care. Dog/cat owners should bring a pet bed with them. Please do not let animals sleep on couches and beds. Pet owners must clean waste from their pets inside and outside the Hotel. No animal should be left alone in the room for a longer time than its physiology allows. If Hotel employees have reasonable grounds to suspect that an animal left in the room disturbs the stay of other guests, damages hotel property, or may be a danger to itself or other guests, the Hotel’s management shall try to contact the owner in order to find a solution to the problem. If such contact is not possible, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the guest’s room, also when accompanied by appropriate authorities, and remove the animal from the hotel. All costs arising from the above shall be borne by the animal’s owner. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not disturb the silence at the hotel or other guests. If there are repeated complaints from other guests or personnel, the Hotel reserves the right to remove the animal from its premises. All damage to the property of the Hotel or other guests caused by animals shall be evaluated by the Hotel Management and their costs shall be paid by pet owners. Room cleaning for rooms with pets is performed exclusively in the owner’s presence.

Your identity document (ID card, passport, driver's license) 1.The identity document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). 2.This applies to both non-related individuals and, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not the child's guardians at the moment. 3.Parental or legal guardian consent (if it is not your child) 4.In the absence of documents mentioned in points 2 and 3, you will need to sign a declaration concerning your relationship with the child and provide the child's personal data. We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are obliged to verify the relationships between the child and accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations.
