Standards for the Protection of Minors
Dear Guests,
We inform you that from 15.08.2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors and the implementation of the STANDARDS OF PROTECTING MINORS (SOM)
the registration of a child at Hotel Panorama requires:
1.Your identity document (ID card, passport, driver's license, mObywatel application)
2.Identity document of the child traveling with you
3.Consent of parents or legal guardians
4. In the absence of the above, i.e., points 2 and 3 – signing by you of a statement regarding kinship with the child and their personal data.
We ask for understanding towards our staff, who according to new regulations are obliged to verify the relationship between the child and the adults accompanying them in the hotel.
We act primarily with the safety of your children in mind.
