2. Is parking at the hotel free?
Yes, we provide free parking for all our guests.
3. Is breakfast included in the price?
It depends on the selected offer. We offer packages with and without breakfast –
choose the option that best suits your needs.
4. Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Most of our rooms have air conditioning. If this amenity is important to you,
please inform the reception when booking.
5. Can I bring a pet?
Yes, we accept pets. There is a fee of 70 PLN per day.
6. What are the check-in and check-out times?
The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.
7. Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes, we offer free Internet access (Wi-Fi) throughout the entire facility.
8. Are the garden attractions free of charge?
It depends on the specific attraction. For detailed information, please contact the reception – we invite you to get in touch.
9. How does the Highlander’s Hut work? Can you stay overnight there?
The Highlander’s Hut is located in the hotel garden and can be seen from the outside all year round.
In the summer season, it operates as an outdoor restaurant, and overnight stays depend
on available dates – you can get details at the reception.
10. How far are Suntago and Mszczonów Thermal Baths?
Park of Poland – Suntago is about 7 km from the hotel, and the Mszczonów Thermal Baths are only 1.5 km away.
11. Do you organize special events?
Yes, we organize birthdays, weddings, christenings, corporate events, integrations, and other occasions.

12. Do you have family rooms and extra beds for children?
Yes, we offer family rooms as well as the option to borrow an extra bed free of charge for children up to 3 years old.
13. Can I pay by card or BLIK?
Yes, we accept card payments and BLIK.
14. Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, Hotel Panorama is family-friendly – on-site you will find, among others, a playroom,
a playground, trampoline, and many outdoor attractions.
15. What are the hotel restaurant's opening hours?
The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 PM.
16. What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM,
and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
17. Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes, the reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
18. Is it possible to order gluten-free or vegan dishes?
Yes, it is possible. When making a reservation by phone, email, or through our website, please inform us of the need to prepare dishes tailored to individual
requirements (e.g., gluten-free or vegan). Vegetarian dishes are available as standard.
19. Does the hotel have facilities for people with disabilities?
Yes, our facility includes a specially adapted room for people with disabilities.

Each room has: a private bathroom with a shower, towels, kettle, hairdryer,
TV, telephone, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), desk, wardrobe.

Yes, an iron is available in the communal ironing room on the first floor.
22. Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, we have an elevator.
23. Can non-guests use the restaurant and attractions, e.g., the tennis court?
Yes, our restaurant and selected attractions are also available for outside guests.
24. Is there a gym in the hotel?
Yes, we offer a small outdoor gym in the hotel garden.
25. How far are the nearest shops?
A local grocery store is about 200 meters from the hotel, and a larger supermarket is
about 1 kilometer away.
26. Is smoking allowed on hotel grounds?
Smoking tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Violation of this rule results in a financial penalty according to the hotel regulations.
27. Can I order a wake-up call?
Yes, we offer a wake-up call service – please request it at the reception.
28. Are area maps available?
Yes, upon check-in our guests receive a free map marking attractions
and key points in the area.
